Hi! Thanks a lot for your interest in my photos :) That tree with yellow flowers - I think it was called "Japanese rose". At least I was told so. Can't be sure 100%. Good luck in your gardening! :)

The shape of the tree is magnificent, the color is gorgeous, but the lack of background behind the tree diminishes the impact. I think the photo would have been better if the zoom had been lessened.

I lived in Nagoya for five years back in the early 50's. Thank you for the wonderful memories. Excellent photography and you really captured the friendliness of the people of Nagoya.

Hi, Chuck! This was when me, Paul and Evren visited Yoko's mother in Ashiya (near Kobe). She hosted us for three nights while we were enjoying momiji-season in Kyoto. Miwa also joined us in the evenings.
